Okay, so I was playing competitive, and the other team was losing, I was on top with about 70+ points, then some guy sent me a friend request and then voicecalled me, I accepted, because idk why, and about 30 seconds after, I get the you have been disconnected from the server. 

So I tethered from my phone and joined back in, but then we lost.

 

 

Did I get ddosed?

Yeah you don't have to accept the voice call for them to get your IP. You were screwed even if you didn't accept.

You do NOT need to accept voice call for them to grab your IP. Simply sending the invitation allows them to get your IP.
