fontaine 1744 Posted February 13, 2014 With the help of the developer of the plugin, the steam profile integration for the forums has been updated! It now is much more efficient in how it caches all the steam information for users. Also, if you go into your profile, you can manually force updated steam information for you to be pulled and cached on the forums. Otherwise profiles are automatically updated in batches every 15 minutes. At the moment there is a bug with clearing the cache so if you disconnect your steam from the forums, your steam profile info will still be displayed on the forums. This will be fixed soon though. If you haven't yet, head to your User CP (http://www.joinsg.net/index.php?app=core&module=usercp) and hit 'Manage Steam' to link your steam account with your forum account. The only information we get and can see is your SteamID. We use this for automated admin purchases and profile display on the forums.
