You must receive 5 positive staff votes, after successful completion of this process you will wear sGr tags in game (in front of your name), your application thread will be moved to the Pending Recruits forum and your username will change colors to reflect those of recruits. After this has completed, you will go into an observation period that lasts until the end of the month where the whole community will watch you. You must obtain 50 or more community votes during this time.  A community vote equals +/-1 vote, SO/VIP/VET/LEG vote equals +/-2, and staff vote counts as +/-3 votes. If you are denied, you must wait one month before reapplying to sG.

 

Any infractions or complaints during this period will have a direct effect on your applications success.
