About Yourself: I'm Ichalvl, I've been frequenting the forums and game servers for about a year. Looking forward to being an official member of the community! I've made a lot of friends (and a few enemies) along the way, and it's all been real fun! I feel I'm a decent guy to have around, and I'm full of bad puns that I shant say for recruitment's sake.

Thank you for applying to Syndicate Gamers.

Community Vote Requirements:

• Have five referrals from Level 2 Clan Members or above.
• Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 25 posts.
• Have at least 25 hours of playtime on the Syndicate Gamers Servers.

After doing so you will be ready to move on. The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by a staff member. In order to do so, you will need to add one of the following and ask them (if available and willing) to screen you. Please add your "in-game name" and "Preferred Server" in the add friend comment, as to avoid confusion. This is not necessary, but highly, highly appreciated.

Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it? What if you ran into a hacker?
A: If there is a microphone spammer on the server, I would warn them the first time, mute him if he is persistent, and if he continues to spam the next map I will kick him after recording a demo of him mic spamming, which I would put onto the forums requesting a perm mute / week mute / etc. If I ran into a hacker, however, I would record a demo as quick as I could to portray his hacking, then ban him for ~3 hours until the proof can be viewed by server staff, and they can perm ban / etc as they see fit. 
Question 2: What would you tell someone else who shows interest in joining sG?
A: I would direct them towards the forums, and tell them to post with extreme prejudice, and not to let anyone get to their head.
Question 3: Would you consider yourself a mature person? If so, why?
A: Sure. The main reason I left the regional-admin rank of Swoobles to join sG was because of the clan's overall maturity and high level of awesomeness. I wouldn't want to upset anyone by lowering the average, now would I?
Question 4: Why is it that you want to join the sG community? How often will you be on the sG servers and forums?
A: Too often. I'm currently taking AP classes in High School, and I swear I'm getting bad grades because of how often I'm on the forums and game servers. 
Question 5: Do you fully agree with the terms and conditions specified in the recruitment thread?
A: Recruitment thread? Yup. New R&R rules? I have my yays and nays about it.
Question 6: Have you ever received disciplinary action from the sG staff? If yes, why?
A: Nope. Thank god. 
Question 7: Have you ever been a member in sG before or tried to become one? If so, why did you leave/get denied?
A: Nope! This is my first (and hopefully last) time applying for Member :>
Question 8: In around 5 sentences, tell us what we need to know about you before we let you into our clan.
A: I'm Michael, a PC gamer by heart. I code various games and fiddle around with MapMaking when I have the time (though I'm not good at it). I'm very active within the sG community, and I can bring a lot of good things to the table. I'm kind of new, only been here a year, but the journey makes the memories, not the destination.

So are you still a part of Swoobles? Because in another post you said you are a head of their CS:GO division.

 

For some reason they never demoted me. I'm no longer directly affiliated with them, and I'm inactive there, but I still hold my rank. 

The admin system there is really faulty.
