First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting abusive players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)
• Have one staff or two referrals from elite, senior elite, veteran, legend clan members or server officers.
• Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 100 posts.
• Have at least 50 hours of playtime on the Syndicate Gamers Servers.

After doing so you will be ready to move on. The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by a staff member. Question 1: If there was a mic spammer I would warn the spammer 3 times before contacting an admin either through admin chat or steam chat. If I discovered a hacker in-game I would spectate the player and create a demo clearly showing that the player was cheating. I would then contact an admin and present the demo, requesting a ban.

Question 2: I would tell them to keep having fun on the servers and keep playing regularly. I would also direct them to the forums so they could continue to interact with the sG community.

Question 3: I like to dick around in game and have fun, but I can be mature if things get serious.

Question 4: I've had a great time playing on the servers and have made a lot of friends. I would like to join the community and become more involved. I am on the servers quite frequently, about a few times a week (depends on my work and school schedule) and I am on the forums every day.
