Id have to agree a good 90% of the guards are complete fools who should not be CT's to begin with, which leaves the other 10% to try and make the game continue / control everyone. Which sometimes depending on the T's and there Rebel ratio turns into kill whoring them to not give them a chance to rebel.

Although if the 90% got CT'd then there wouldnt be much of a game now would there...
