If you're wanting to get it to that length, you just have to grow it out and endure how ugly your hair is during the in between stages of short and that look you want (esp if you have buzzed hair). Also, get like wax or something, maybe stronger, to get it to stay slicked back like that. Also, I just use pantene pro-v shampoo/conditioner.
