Every damn time I join the server, there is always someone prop-killing when they are in spectator. They stole my idea and crush everyone before I get a chance. I suggest a rule that would bar all these damn copiers, effectively widening the range of potential targets.

The best prop to kill people is the sewer grate in my opinion. The rock seems to have less mass than the grate.
