Explains a little more and it's going to be expanded outside of just one city. Still in the same general area, but gives the rest of us hope.EDIT: And explains pricing and such. Really show's their reasoning behind it, CHEAP fast internet. 300 bucks installation and you get 5mbs download speed for a minimum of 7 years free. 70 bucks a month for 1 gig..
