Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it? What if you ran into a hacker?

I'd point him to the forums! Tell him to post 100 times. Then apply!

Um...yes? I act like a VIP but I can't help it! I'm down to earth and mature.

Um people told me to apply srs this time. So here it is! And i'll be here alot when i'm not on BLACK OPS!

I got wrongly bannded by KYLEKILLER or somebody. It was lifted. I HAVE ADMIN NOW.

Thank you for applying to Syndicate Gamers.

First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting Abusive Players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)

• Have one staff or sG^3 referral

• Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 100 posts

• Have at least 50 hours of playtime on the Syndicate Gamers Servers.

• Applicants with any previous bans (server, forum, or ventrilo) or infractions will require a staff vote. A staff vote of +5 must be obtained before moving onto the next step of recruitment.

After doing so you will be ready to move on.

The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by a Recruitment Officer or other staff if an RO is unavailable.

In order to do so, you will need to add one of the following and ask them (if available and willing) to screen you.

Please add your "in-game name" and "Preferred Server" in the add friend comment, as to avoid confusion. This is not necessary, but highly, highly appreciated.

Here's the thing.

We know Monkeh. We know he's NEVER GOING TO TAKE ANYTHING SERIOUSLY. But he's a known quantity, so this application, his screening answers, these should be expected, but he's still monkeh.

I guess the question is whether you are willing to have that one crazy person (every team has one :P) in exchange for the...lack of public decency that comes with it - is it worth the trade-off?

You know no one else would try to pull off this stunt, because no one else is monkeh, so in my mind, you can't treat this like any other recroot :)

3 things I have to say about Monkeh.

1. Bring people into any server he is in.

2. Makes the server he is in ALWAYS fun.

3. Has been serious at times, but no one likes him like that.

Exactly my point, thanks hoss :)

He's not going to try and be something he isn't - thank god. He's a fuckin' pro football playa, get off him.

But the question remains, do you want that in sG? (I fink I would...)
