As far as I know, respawns are only granted for LR's/Free killing/War Days... But I've been wrong in the past.

Like others said, Respawn is only for very special cases...

Try not to use it too much, or else you will be bombarded with requests to be respawned from "freekilled" T's

Your exaggerating the amount that i respawn myself, i really dont respawn myself that much, i unmute myself every time i die, because the CT's and T's arent very smart, so, i give them little hints.
