Probably Spike or PBF. Spike is good because it's pretty easy to make your way to the roof and get the scout. PBF because it's pretty easy to rush vent cell or just chill in your cell the entire round without getting noticed.

shel you can't stop a rebellion, from a personal standpoint I chose spacejail, so many possiblilies that can be taken, and no one takes them.

Space jail 100% with the deagle glitch, russian roullete scout, the guns placed throughout the map, and the vent that leads to armory it is really easy to rebel and hard for cts to pull themselves togather to stop the rebellion.
