Thank you for applying to Syndicate Gamers.

First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting Abusive Players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)

• Have one staff referral

• Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 50 posts

• Have at least 24 hours of playtime on the Syndicate Gamers Servers.

After doing so you will be ready to move on.

The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by an Advisor so that higher staff can vote on your application to be accepted into the two week observation period.

In order to do so, you will need to add one of the following and ask them (if available and willing) to screen you.

Please add your "in-game name" and "Preferred Server" in the add friend comment, as to avoid confusion. This is not necessary, but highly, highly appreciated.

Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it?

I would ask them to stop, if they dont, I would pm an admin. If an admin was unavailable, I would record a demo and post it on the forums.

Question 2: In the case of a hacker on the server you are in, what procedure would you follow?

I would record a demo of the person while in spectate to prove hacking, and post the demo on the forums when I have enough to prove it.

Question 3: In the situation that you are being bombarded with people asking if they can join the clan, what would you tell them to do?

Question 4: Would you consider yourself a mature person? If so, why?

Yes. I get along with everyone, I like to have fun, but I am serious when I have to be.

I started playing CSS on sG servers, and I always have. I like the community and want to be part of it.

I would Ask them Please to Stop if u wont I can mute him in player list if he Wont stop Ill Report or Record With my fraps and upload it on the Forums

The first 4 votes are easy to acquire, the other 15 however can be a bitch sometimes.

Be patient, don't post stuff like this, it'll be like Robert Timecocks application where he posted so much BS on his app where everyone voted no because of it.
