Sometimes for me that happens when in task manager you have to scroll down and there will be multiple steam boot straps open just turn them all off then turn on steam.

Yeah like loading large monuments Done or receiving data lags me just gotta wait bud

Rust fake freezes on Asset/Warmup or Map loading if your computer can't load in well, but if you wait it'll load in eventually.

this happens to me often when logging into rust or joining the server, I usually just leave it and wait like 5 minutes and it loads in. If it helps try restarting your computer, that helps the most for me

I never had that problem,maybe try re-installing.
