Why would he give CTS guns on a fucking jday? After bulletford stripped CTS?

We were playing at around 6:40 today and praiz requested a ct jday for lr. All CTS were respawned and yelled and frozen. Then bulletford stripped all CTS. Rune then gave all the CTS m4s. Of course this resulted in praizs death. He basically counteracted a higher level admins actions, and got the last live non rebelling t killed. I don't think this should be allowed. He also constantly respawns himself and no clips around. With no reasoning.
