(I think I can say this, idk, what ever, it will come out anyway) Bascially, dogs is free from the rules, so long as he isn't driving people away. He also has an upgrade policy, for when he makes more money, to have that 2500 count toward the end goal of buying the clan. Mfw they screwed up by giving him all of the donator tags. That was me, I manually added donor 1 and 2, because, damn, even though he was buying something, still a lot of money....
