Reading banditos first post I thought he was talking about me, then I realized I haven't been playing Jailbreak recently.

I am a regular on the JB servers, and follow the rules very strictly, so it pisses me off when members of sG, including sG admins and paid admins abuse them. I am not gonna name any names, I'm not gonna show any screenshots or demos I have, this is just an umbrella complaint that I want to be seriously considered. Many admins, paid and natural, break the rules on a regular basis on the CS:GO JB server, and face absolutely no punishments. They show extreme favouritism to their friends, and slay others for breaking the very same rules they themselves broke the round before. I'm not saying all the admins are bad, some of you guys are awesome, keep it up, but when a server has 4 admins on, and people are being killed round after round for "detouring and delaying", when the warden (an admin) NEVER ONCE said that we couldn't detour and delay, kinda pissed me off. I would guess he gained about 30+ kills whoring like he was. Or when another admin, ORDERED his other CT, under the threat of slaying, to let the Ts kill him so he could get last CT, then killing the 2 Ts he wasnt friends with so he could just give his friend LR, that's blatant abuse and absolute bullshit.
JB is supposed to be about the CTs guiding the Ts and leting them have fun playing the games, and fighting back when the Ts rebel. NOT killing Ts who take a second to move to your marker, or get lost on a new map, or hit the D key by accident when they are supposed to be frozen. I'm tired of all of the people who go on JB and killwhore (this includes everyone, not just admins). I doubt this post will get anything accomplished other than giving me neg rep, but that's fine, maybe someone will listen and help rectify the problem.

I can corroborate jbandito's complaint, though once again, I have no demos or screenshots. And like bandito, I don't want to name any names, specifically because I genuinely believe that the offending admins and sG members were not acting out of deliberate malice or stupidity. There's a high possibility that this doesn't even belong in the complaints section.
What I feel happened was a disparity in understanding between long-time veterans of UV/sG and us newfags. We were all dumbasses at the beginning (I remember vividly how I got restricted from CT for 20 rounds for freekilling on Fail jail) which encouraged us to all respect the current motd. This, in turn, caused a lot of tension when some veterans went on, missed a couple of basic commands, violated the motd, and killed a bunch of us Ts for not complying with what they probably believed to be an implicit command. It felt like blatant hypocrisy and elitism, even though none of that was probably intended.
I really don't think the solution to this problem is to ban, restrict, or point fingers. Rather, I think we need to establish some sort of understanding, so that this doesn't happen again. Older members should still read motd before they get on a server, especially if they haven't played for a substantial amount of time. And us newfags should probably accept that a lot of these guys do have a lot of history together, and are probably habitually inclined to favor old friends.
But ultimately, this isn't a problem that can be solved in a day. Different parts of the community need to make an effort to understand and accept other parts, whether they be high school students or college graduates, oldfags or newfags, JCS or new members. Because in the end, we're all sG fags. And if we start marginalizing or launching invective at specific demographics of sG, this community is going to fall apart.

Those of us who have played on the JB server recently have had the privilege of encountering TankerTim, a ruthlessly competent CT with a deep, smoky, sexy voice and massive balls of galvanized steel. I was literally reduced to tears after I heard him give orders with an awe-inspiring conviction in that angelic voice.
I hereby nominate TankerTim for JCS in 2013. For a better, brighter future.
