@Travesty don't we have to make the match 2v2 so the Twitch viewer can sit on the match? 

How will we submit the results of the match? Will someone from staff be watching or are we to post SS of the match end?

Just screenshot the results in this thread. And I believe you can you can make it whatever one you want, people should still be allowed to spec. I'll confirm though.

 

To be safe, may as well make it 2v2 just in case the Twitch spec wants to join the game.

The top seed was to just set an automatic person to make it ha. It can be anyone. As long as you guys are happy with the server, i'm happy.
