Gmod server lag

So the central and west servers occasionally experience server lagg that is horrible. it is really slowing down Apple uploading his child porn (there is no child porn)  to the server and i can no longer DDos SG's dildos (no ddosing is going down) because of how bad it is.

    All jokes aside it makes it really hard to play. When the server begins to fill is when it just commits suicide instantly. There is no warning it is only lag spikes. Juan deags turn into none deags and headshots turn into dead shots. it would be greatly appreciated if you looked into it by me and the rest of the Gmod players.

Also wondering what is going on with the server. Haven't ever seen it this bad multiple times in one day.

Gmod always has been bad with a full lobby but it's on other servers to where ping spikes really high
