PeeWee 120 Posted December 26, 2016 What do you guys think? Mod looks like a beaut. Idk, I was thinking that this is the perfect time to use this mod and create another deathmatch server http://www.moddb.com/mods/counter-strike-classic-offensive

Warden Frostwater 6 Posted December 26, 2016 I think this was a great idea I saw that in a trailer. I like how they are trying to re-render the beauty of 1.6 back then into CS:GO.

Nugnug 35 Posted December 27, 2016 Just watching the gameplay brought back memories of playing 1.6 and it's pretty well done

This mod is neat because it lets people from the GO or even the Source era to play 1.6 in a friendlier format. 1.6 was pretty unforgiving in its mechanics. This mod makes it a lot easier to play 1.6, but keeps it closer. Plus it's prettier; we get higher resolution graphics, and depending on who works with ZooL, better sounds and animations for 1.6, but the high fidelity engine of Global Offensive. I agree that it would be awesome if SG started a Classic Offensive server, but really this is a garage workshop kind of thing.
