Jb Map list fixes

So i noticed in that thread there were 4 maps that aren't on the nominate menu but on list, there is also 1 map that should be added to the list and the server that somehow got taken off.

 

Not on Nominate menu

ba_new_prsion_break_beta (This is a classic map that i think @JFK ported but was removed for the sauna dropping frames and for the map having no games)

jb_summer_jail_v1 (removed for pistols spawning at the start)

 

Not on Nominate or Admin menu

ba_prison_break_final_csgo_v3 (Never played this map, but it looks like an old CSS map that was ported)

jb_brixx_v1 (Never played this either but it looks good.  Just found out T's spawn with pistols, other than that it looks good.) http://gamebanana.com/maps/179894

 

Other Maps

jb_jungle_beta_4 (A map made by @TheDentist which seems to have been removed from the admin menu and the nominate list, its only flaw i believe was the random killing of 1 person at the start of the round)

ba_jail_chernobyl_day (older version of jb_new_chernobyl. Newer version is better so i think the older version should be removed.  Unless it's the shel vs Ivanns_faggot situation which i doubt it is.)

 

That is all i noticed from the list posted.  I didn't check to see if maps were on the list on the server but not on the forums list.

while doing this i found out about ~30% of the maps on the server are made by sG members.
