If a T goes into a vent while cells are closed and a CT sees him are the CTs allowed to pursue that T?

What about maps on avalanche where you can see them go through? I know you can't be looking straight into a vent but it's kinda hard to miss it when a T is crouch walking through that specific vent.

So cells are still closed but the CT can see the T going in the vent, once cells open the CT can persue?

Just head to a spot directly away from the vent cell, keep your screen 45 degrees to the left or right of the cell but have the vent in sight and you're good to go.

Well then. i am royally confused. ill just take the -4 points and not get 20 rounds for vent camping
