Face, either I don't understand something or damage reduction is broken (both % and fixed per hit). 

Though, it seems that dmg reduction still works with magical dmg (there are some effects on White mage's attacks (but not even close to what it should be) and Undead Scourge's suicide bomb (this one works); no effect on Orc's chain lightning).

Thanks for posting logs as I request and nobody has actually done thus far.

Some things to note: When I originally posted about /debug it turns out some things I said were wrong (I misunderstood when exactly the pre-attack happens).

The pre attack actually includes damage reduction in it. Some of these are clearly working, for example (from your pastebin):

AK never deals 17 damage and claw deals 6. Clearly the AK dealt ~35 and the claw hit for 6 and both were appropriately reduced by 50%.

Some of the logs in what you posted don't make immediate sense to me (e.g. the brewmaster hitting 30-40 dmg vs a duelist with an m4) but I'll look at them at some point.
