Remove jb_airship_r1-4.bsp

We should remove jb_airship_r1-4. It made pretty much a full server of people crash. The server itself did not crash. This happened around an hour ago. I reconnected and forced map change to fail jail and it did not happen again. At least pull it from the rotation.

This happened before I forgot what the reason was, I think one of the buttons was being spammed causing really bad lag.

it's been crashing on map load since the major update.... I keep forgetting cause it's rarely played, and when it's brought up I happen to be at school or somewhere I can't remove it.
