vesthelm command

there are maps where cts get armor in armory and then we go to play pokemon master, s4s, or some kinda of ct vs. t game. it makes the game unfair for the t's and i know admins can set armor to 100 but im pretty sure it doesn't give them a helmet. it would be nice if admins could have some kind of !give command for vest and helmet.

helm wouldn't make a difference with shot for shot or pokemon master, helm is for things like m4 and below.

Pretty sure if you give 100+ armor it gives you a helmet. Otherwise IIRC you can give <target> vesthelm as well. That might not be the exact format. But point being is the command basically already exists, and really it doesn't effect as much as you're saying it does.

I wrote it to give a helmet if you give 100+. It shouldn't matter if you use armor or kevlar or vesthelm.
