KJ Expertise change?

When I played here before I had the KJ expertise maxed out so I would get 20hp from my ult instead of 5 but now I am only getting 14 from it, did something get changed or is it just not working?

I never messed with KJ file but that is a safe assumption if he said that.

It's spread out more than it was before. It happened during Name's Great Balance Patch of April.

So can we get this exp changed back to how it used to be? KJ is considered one of the weakest races on the server and unless you buy shopmenu items it doesn't compete with most other races, not to mention it has one of the worst and most useless ults on the server that is only made useful with the expertise. But even with the expertise it's ult still isn't near as strong as the other two or three races with the same kind of ult. Changing the expertise essentially nerfed a race that is already weak enough without getting nerfed. If anything this race needs some buffs.

 

For example, it would greatly benefit from a perma LJ, or even LJ as an expertise (still wouldn't be as strong or ridiculous as some other races expertises). Or if it got even more speed that would help because right now it has a hard time running away or chasing most races because so many other races are faster than it. It would benefit from an increase in life cap since 125 is a joke for this race when it's a weak race in general and Master Sniper has no life cap, or at least a much higher life cap, even though it's one of the stronger races on the server. Something Skitt mentioned the other day on the server was adding some sort of a slow to the race, whether it be an aura, ability, or attack or something, that would help deal with the issue of it not being able to catch up or run away from other races very well. And according to the K/D stats of all the races, KJ is pretty low on that list.
