About Yourself: I started playing sG servers a month or so after Syndicate Gamers introduced their servers to CSGO. Though I have been a huge jerk and was banned for it, I have came back to apply and hope the community will accept me.

First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting abusive players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)
• Have FIVE referrals from Level 2 Clan members or above.
• Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 25 posts.
• Have at least 50 hours of playtime on the Syndicate Gamers Servers.

After doing so you will be ready to move on. The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by a staff member. Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it? What if you ran into a hacker?

Answer: I would promptly ask the mic spammer to stop. If he didn't listen to my warning I would then notify an admin or kick him myself. If he continued I would temporarily ban him. If I ran into a hacker I would immediately ban him or notify another admin.

Question 2: What would you tell someone else who shows interest in joining sG?

Answer: I would send them the requirements to join sG and inform them of how important it is to communicate and appreciate the members of the community.

Question 3: Would you consider yourself a mature person? If so, why?

Answer: Yes, though in the past I was a very arrogant player I have matured and realized that being a jerk wasn't going to get me anywhere.

Question 4: Why is it that you want to join the sG community? How often will you be on the sG servers and forums?

Answer: I want to join sG simply to get closer to the community. After playing the servers for about two years now it would be a lot easier to communicate with people who trust me in their community. I won't be on the forums too often because I have finals coming up and football and track to deal with but when the summer comes I will probably be on every other day.

Question 6: Have you ever received disciplinary action from the sG staff? If yes, why?

Yes, I had been banned multiple times for freekilling and disrespect towards several admins. As of October I was permanently banned (6-ban rule) but recently appealed to play again.

Question 7: Have you ever been a member in sG before or tried to become one? If so, why did you leave/get denied?

Answer: Yes, I applied almost a year ago but was denied because the staff didn't see me fit to apply.

Question 8: In around 5 sentences, tell us what we need to know about you before we let you into our clan.

Answer: I used to play the jb servers for a long time. Most admins a few months back would remember me as a killwhore and a freekiller and an exploiter. But, that is why I was banned and I agree completely for the reasons on that. I understand that my actions were ignorant and unnecessary but that is why I have changed. I don't know much to tell you about me other than I am a player who will strive to please the community if you give me the chance.

I am abstaining because I've yet to see a significant improvement with this player. He was previously permd under the 6 ban rule for mass freekills and being a troll in servers all the time. While I do not think he has gone far enough to be banned for his behavior since the unban I'm still going to hold off on voting until the end of the month. I'd like to see a pretty big change in behavior. Why, you might ask? People who are permd and get their appeal approved need to prove themselves more than regular players. Since cubix already showed a complete disregard for rules in the past I would expect to see a complete adherence to the rules and I havent.
