Expand War3 motd on nade spamming.

This is kinda already a rule and is again one of those grey areas. Maps where objectives are in spawns and either team can sit in spawn and buy spam through flashes/smokes/mollies. Generally speaking most people with authority and privileges claim it to be spamming and snuff it out but as far as MOTD is concerned it is not directly addressed. It's one of those things that has was on my list of shit to bring up on the forum but today the server cunt known as headshot reminded me of the faggotry earlier on office playing T as a ogrestone thrower and spending about 5k in one round buying and throwing flash bangs. I tried to call him out and address the issue and he did his usual stuff faggot blah blah your stupid it's not in the rules blah blah". So could we please include flashbangs/mollies in the restricted purchase count/spamming rules.

there is not one but generally speaking I have seen several SO's and ENG in the past tell people to stop spamming flashes/mollies/smokes. The fact still stands its all griefing and shitty anyways and usually gets smacked down.

normally, I'd be against this kind of restriction. However, money is so easy to come by on our server that we should probably have a rule in place for this type of behavior. This is a huge reason why hostage maps are fucking stupid and shouldn't exist.
