Sirgency 1 Posted August 1, 2014 I know it was against the rules in css but in csgo it says nothing about it

Spell 331 Posted August 1, 2014 (edited) You are wrong, lurker could always drop its gun . Atleast on wcs1(not sure if wcs2 had lurker). But still good to clarify, Edited August 1, 2014 by Spell
Swed 2651 Posted August 1, 2014 Lurker can drop his weapon because he is 95% invis, not 100% like css supposedly was.
Gamer4125 40 Posted August 1, 2014 You can drop your gun, rules state you may not defuse while invincible, or completely invisible with no indication of your presence. So you can even defuse with your gun dropped since it's only 95%
Rootbeer 1293 Posted August 1, 2014 I do recall lurker dropping its gun being a widely controversial topic. Lots of "You can't defuse without a gun", lots of "Yes you can"s. We've progressed to clarifying that it is indeed legal to defuse without a gun on lurker.

BLiNDBoi 930 Posted August 2, 2014 Well it wasn't really a heated issue because lurkers would die to lightning chains for example.
