In the process of making myself a belt (It's about 18 inches so far I still need to add about 22 inches)

How long does it take to make something

It honestly depends on skill level, which weave you are making, the size of the item/rings, whether you are welding every single ring shut, and the materials you are working with (Aluminum, Stainless, Precious Metals). The bracelet is 7" and its a simple weave so it takes around 40-60 mins for the 7" but I am also still an amateur. The belt I have put in probably 20-24 hours as its a more complex weave and still have 36-40 more hours till its complete. The flower took me around 2 hours as its extremely hard to get the tiny rings that hold the scales in place to close but they should only take around an hour max when I get more comfortable making them. A full short sleeve shirt can take up to 120+ hours depending on which weave you are using (usually its European 4-1), ring size, material, and skill level. I know some people locally who can make an entire shirt in a weekend. A large short sleeve shirt uses around ~27000 rings and weigh's about ~25 lbs if using stainless steel. My next major project after the belt will be a European 4-1 Coif then I am going to attempt a full size large long sleeve shirt so I can attach the Coif to it.

That bracelet is really cool

I agree, looks fucking awesome.

I know a guy who is making a full size, long sleeve shirt.  Taking him forever....  God on you for having the patience to do this.  Also the flower things looks cool too!

Not bad at all for these projects, i like the red/black byzantine pattern for the bracelet. I should really get back to that and a couple of other things i did a while back. I know i should have a necklace that was like a foot in length in Queen's chain pattern in copper.

Did you have any other ideas for things?

UPDATE: Some new colors of bracelets and I have started getting into some scalemail pieces also. This is not all the projects I have been working on but all I have pictures of at the moment. Some new items I have been working on is Celtic Star's for use as pendants for necklaces, Half Persian 4-1 bracelets, and more decorative weaves to expand my horizons a bit.
