Suggestions on 120hz monitors.

Recommended Posts

Anyone knows about one of these with a good price?

Any cheap ones?

I'm thinking on getting one. I want to see my options.

You can't really "see" your options because eyes, IMO, can't even fucking see 120hz

I can see a big difference between 60 and 120.

And piero, something like this would be good. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236313

I have one of these, but they stopped selling it http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009222

Your monitor is really nice.

Do you think this is the lowest 120hz monitors can go?

The one you suggested me is 144hz... That's even better. Hopefully when I get the money they aren't sold.

Few days ago, I just recieved the VG248QE. I have to say it is a amazing monitor.

The 144hz makes a huge difference. I can clearly tell the difference between my 60hz monitor and 144hz asus.

The colors were washed out when I recieved it. It was bothering me a ton, but after a few tweaks and downloaded a ICC profile, the monitor looks as good as my old one. If you find a place that has it in stock, defintely get it you won't regret it.

Make sure when you buy a monitor thats "120hz" it is true 120 hz, and not some marketing thing, that takes a 60hz input, and does shit to it, making it lag more and then magically produces 120hz.....  Seriously there are a lot of monitors out there that do this.  Be carefull.
