Custom skins?

I was just wondering if there was ever going to be any custom skins on the server like in CS:S?

 

and before anyone says there is I mean more than just the zombie one.

I've always wanted different models for each terrorist/counter terrorist, like it was in cs:s. With the large amount of different models for each map, I'm sure we could add a cookie function to keep which model you want as a terrorist/counter-terrorist.
