First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting abusive players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)

Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it? What if you ran into a hacker?
Tell most players to client side mute the person if they don't want to hear them. If they are actually excessively spamming on purpose, 1-2 warnings depending on the case, move to a mute. I'm not there to enforce every rule to the tee, just to make sure people are generally having a good time on the server. Any hacker that is obvious enough and not being auto caught with SMAC or VAC would result in an permenant ban.


Question 2: What would you tell someone else who shows interest in joining sG?
Direct them to the forums site and encourage them to sign up, or even just sign in through their steam account for convenience. Also encourage them to post in the introduction sub


Question 3: Would you consider yourself a mature person? If so, why?
Most days yeah, but in game it's more of a non formal atmosphere. I can be mature when the situation calls for it.


Question 4: Why is it that you want to join the sG community? How often will you be on the sG servers and forums?
Play the servers enough to warrant it, got some cool peeps here. I check the forums every couple days, and normally play the servers at least once every 3 days,

I'm familiar with source mod, and many scripting languages. I've help run 5+ communites at this point, one of the larger ones being PBFortress, We ran a set of custom saxton hale servers along with JB servers with some pretty decent success. I stepped down because i found myself starting to play CS:GO more than TF2 and had just started getting burnt out on the maturity level present in TF2. Not my first rodeo as far as server administration etc.
