There had to be some byes because double elimination doesn't work fully with 12 teams, only exponential of 2. So those teams got randomly picked for a bye.

For the finals, say the upper bracket team loses to the lower bracket team in the Finals. The upper bracket team gets another chance to win the finals with another match in M, after losing L, in order to win the tournament?

So that would be 6 maps in a row with the two same teams playing each other? lol

How about making the finals (6pm), the finals? Regardless of whether or not the upper bracket team has lost. That's why they call them finals. If anything, that's logic.

The way real tournaments seem to handle this finals situation is to do a BO5 where the team coming from the upper bracket starts off with 1 map counting as won already. Then there is between 2-4 maps played instead of 2-6 like the current bracket.

next tourny should do this: bo1 up to semis, change match times, bo3 semis, bo5 finals with winners bracket getting 1 map lead at start

Am I going insane, or does the timing of matches K and W not make sense? Both are Sunday 3 PM but W is supposed to have the loser of K in it.
