From what I read about pants with side tabs and no belt loops is that it's a tailored thing. They don't sell pants without belt loops because people like belts I mean who doesn't like belts? The only way to get khakis with no belt loop is to either do what rolfstomp said or to go to a tailor and let them do it for you. Anyways why do you even want khakis with no belt loops? Well, you have a few options 1) Wear women's khaki's with side zippers.2) Find khakis you like and either remove them yourself or have a tailor adjust them3) Just wear normal pants with belt loops... I am honestly trying to find a reason why you would want pants without belt loops other than extremely formal suit setups... If you are needing to get something extremely formal, it will be much cheaper to just go to a tailor to begin with, since it is hard to find formal pants off the shelf without belt loops.
