You will also have Admin powers on ALL CS:GO servers. If you choose to play Jailbreak, Surf or Minigames you will have powers. 

Jailbreak requires more usage of the commands if you were curious on which servers actually require regular usage commands.

Legit though, War3 admins don't have many responsibilities - and there's not much we can do for "fun". This isn't a good server to buy admin on, but hey, you're the one that dropped 20 bucks without knowing what you were getting into. It's worth noting though that you ARE supporting the community that keeps the servers running, so... that's good

^ This. Except that 90% of admins, from the time I started in 2008 until now, still DO NOT DO THIS AT ALL. Also, be strategic who/when you move teams, don't think that just switching top fraggers from team to team is balance.
