I wouldn't be able to compare it since all I have played is Pc. And it's still pretty damn good.

GTA 4's PC port was pretty bad, with major FPS issues. Good news though is that it has a big modding community that made fixes for everything

 

also, I'm getting it for 360. I guess we should be exchanging Xbox Lives/PSN's for when online hits
