how do you demtermine randomness? 

 

i was blu scout and i have 95% evade with its ult and i would still often get hit once or twice per engangement

bonus damage goes through the ult, it seems. i haven't been hit once in the ult except with bonus damage, which can do a good amount if you just sit there and take it.

so then, how is the 95% percent randomness determined? dice rolling? atmospheric noise?
