This is why I dont have anti virus. Its a waste of money and does nothing for you other than saying that your computer is good or bad. Then it fixes it if its bad and has a virus. It doesnt even tell you where the virus is or how it removes it. It just magically happens. So, fuck anti virus. I only go on Facebook, sG Forums, Youtube, and Yahoo anyways. No need for anti virus.

McAfee. Lol. I no longer have anti virus because its useless. I always back up everything on an external HD. So if something happens that would fuck up my computer, I just reload my OS. Takes an hour, simple as that.

Yeah, I just dont need anti virus really. Never had a problem with my PC, because I only browse sites I trust. So paying money to companies that protect me against something that rarely happens such as a virus seems pointless to me.

It makes sense to think that antivirus companies would be making viruses/spyware to basically fuck noobs or old people into buying their software, while also possibly stealing their bank info (keyloggers?) to drain funds into the company's account.

Yep, ever since the advent of the internet, they realized it was much better to use your computer than destroy it. I do remember those old viruses that did that though. Good times.
