Arrkham 291 Posted April 26, 2013 (edited) I discovered this while installing a new HD today. I dont know what the start and reset buttons do, so I am here to ask all of you what it is for. Answers? It is located at the bottom on my motherboard, under my graphics card. Edited April 26, 2013 by The Dλrk Knight Rises
MOFLSTOMP 899 Posted April 26, 2013 (edited) It's for testbenches. Instead of shorting out the power pins by using a screwdriver or other device, you can just press the button to turn on the power or reset the system in event of a crash Edited April 26, 2013 by Moflstomp.mp3 2 1 Lvl. 100 Latias, drunkula and Gerald reacted to this

LOPEZ 1750 Posted April 26, 2013 My guess it would be that the start button makes it start, the reset button probably does something alone the lines of...resetting?

Ghost X 710 Posted April 26, 2013 (edited) I got the same, it's just the power button for your computer, and reset button when your system freezes. My case has a small button not far from the power button which is really useful for freezes.
