PolloLoco 46 Posted September 20, 2012 I got a 1999 Toyota Corolla and was wondering if anyone knows anything about a good bass system in their car. My budget is like $350 don't want the loudest bass in the world. Just want something that I can feel inside my car and maybe outside as well. Stock Cd player? or Stock Cassette. If you want bass to be felt outside your car you are going to need subs. Do you want normal quality music with great bass or do you want good music quality with good bass. Do you have an amp or no? fatb0y 1337 Posted September 20, 2012 JL w1 sub + decent 500w amp.If you don't have a decent headunit get one. I liked alpines. ^with that your car will go boom boom. You want quality sound, then you need to get some decent component speakers + a decent 4 channel amp for the speakers. the w3s and w7s have much better bass and are much louder, but they are also a bit bigger and heavier.
