• Up to a 1.5 second bash

5. Night Cloak [8 levels]: Storm through the shadows undetected. (Ultimate)

Roughly around the same time as human's. Or, if we wanted something canonically correct, you should be able to use it twice in succession and then suffer a massive cooldown.
