Damn man that is one shitty graphics card.

The processor wasn't purchased as a Phenom II X4. It is a Phenom II X3 720. But I unlocked the fourth core and overclocked it to 3.5ghz

yeah like paperwaste said, you gotta up the voltage to cpu, and northbridge

but you should have a good cpu fan, a good northbridge cooler (most only have a small passive sink)

and you have to be very careful or youll hurt something and permanently lose stability

google http://www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/346739-help-overclocking-e7200.html

make sure you monitor heat and stability... most stock cpu coolers are crap

I haven't stressed my overclock to the maximum(most people with my cpu with unlocked cores can reach 3.6 or higher)

Jared and Tristan totally have the best computers.

FUCKING MAC

yawn

I just got mine to go up to 2.7 Ghz (from 2.53) then it wouldn't boot anymore. I reset bios and started over, now it wont o/c period. I raised the voltages a little to no avail.

yeah, the thing about my motherboard is that it's a cheap knockoff of the MSI P6N SLI PLATINUM. The board is nearly the same, but its missing 1 pcie slot, ide channel, floppy, lower-end heatsink and some other stuff.. that may be why i can't oc well. Plus i can't touch my northbridge for more than 1 second b/c it will burn me.
