ZM Map Removal (Removal happening 2/12)

Alright, this is something I'm sure a few have been waiting for.

I'm going to remove maps that are bad/horrible to many on Friday, so we can start clearing off the bullshit on the server, and hopefully add in some new maps next week. So in here, please post what maps you dislike below and give a clear and meaningful description as to why you want it removed and reasons. If I get a "zan cuz he suks cawk" it's not going to help your case, and I'll give you 5 infraction points if you spam the topic.

With that in mind, here is the list. Let me know your opinions guys.

zm_hospitalv4- just overall horrible, its like a blank map with no possibility of cading

zm_office_outbreak- every time this map comes up it gets RTV'd out, noone likes it, theres like 1 spot thats playable

and put zm_aneantissement back in the server, I don't know why that map was ever removed, great map

Addition will be next week. This is simply for removal so we can get rid of things first, so keep it to just that if you can.

As to the other two, yeah, those are more than likely gone cause they DO suck a fat one.

zm_towers_hdr_beta_final: One spot, that is impossible for zombies to get to with 2 people, except all the ct's go there and zombies have no chance. etc etc etc

remove one of the beachstrikes, they both are bad and there is no reason for 2. Both maps have so many spots that zombies have no chance to get into.

Alright, so I've got a few ideas to consider.

Also, what's your guys opinions on the Roy/Lila maps? Personally I think there are too many, and I haven't seen a few of them played as is. Want me to remove a few of them?

All the lila's except the original or lila_panicdark (which is just retextured/lighting) Are bad.

lila_office is not good

I think roy_theship, the other two roy maps are TERRIBLE

zm_ATIX_helicopter_uvfix its a escape map dam it

An escape map that fills the server when it is empty mind you.

also remove zm_wtfhax, only reason people like this map is because all the spots are OP and it has a ton of secrets.

I took it off for this draft because we have two versions and that one kills fps and is also just harder for zombies overall.

Btw, it wasn't as an insult to you. >.>.

If I played ZM more i would say some more suggestions but, "meh"

moonlight and ancient are bad, little spaces to go.

Also in ancient there is a place where zombies CANNOT get to you, where you can only get into once.

Moonlight is just a bad map, it has props where you can glitch through lol.

I disagree with you about moonlight. I think there are too many spaces and its too human friendly.

I can survive there every round while making ramen noodles. I feel like a bitch with that giant metal thing up against a doorway

Yea, but like all of the "legit" cades (non-impossible to break into) are broken because you can glitch through the barricades.

Think there is a console command to fix this though.

Atixium just messaged me on steamchat and he is working on a HUGE expansion for helicopter. I just played a beta of it and it is truly massive and may have more secrets than wtfhax. I'll try to keep plugged into his announcements. It has 3 different escape vehicles and they are random each round.

I think that

zm_4way_spacetunnel_idm_v1f

and

zm_moonlight_v2 should be removed.

spacetunnel is like the shittiest map i saw becuz there are no good spots and all u do is try 2 run away from the zombies (which is impossible because human speed[at max] is 250, while zombie speed is 300)

zm_moonlight is way too human friendly, you can go in a certain place and just sit there

"making ramen noodles" as badassmin said

lol i disagree about roy_highway or whatever its called (even though it is pretty much copied from HL2) and zm_wtfhax is an amazing map and the secrets is what make it fun 4 every1

God. Secrets are retarded, they are only fun for the 7 people who camp the skybox (impossible spot) or the other ones.

Die in a fire, you are now on the same level as cancer to me.

Roy highway is a terrible map: way too big, too many shit spots.

Roy ship is not even good, it is playable though.

Roy ranch is terrible. Too dark with little spots to barricade in, with the only spots that could work being WAY to OP.

Roy has that signature in every ZM map, shit spots with 1-2 impossible spots. Like he does not even play ZM.

Final map change list.

zm_airport_panic_bobpoblo: Map is too big. Hardly any spots.

zm_nomercy_hospital2: Would be better with more props, and btter rooms. More of a map for looks than zm.

ZM_Temple_v1: Lots of illegal spots. Glitching, and only 1 ok spot. Not a zm map. with a bit of tweaking, could be a great ze map.

I'll play other maps more when i have the chance. This is my opinion on what should be removed.
