    Expertise starts: 50 to 100

    What expertise does: +1% per level knife negation damage to 50%

    Increased anti-knife skill proc percentage and gain hp upon a successful kill from that skill. So every other level starting at 50 to 100. 25% increased chance and 25 hp gained from a successful proc.


  2. I don't know what server you've been playing on for the last four years but it apparently wasn't this one. I didn't start getting perma-buried by LotP until fairly recently.

    When I leveled and maxed that race like 10 months ago it did it. It worked specially well on zombies, bury and leave them there was always the lamest thing I have done.

    Lv. 85 2 Armor Regen per 13 seconds

    Lv. 95 4 Armor Regen per 11 seconds

    Lv. 100 5 Armor Regen per 10 seconds

    2nd Expertise: 150

    Armor Regen limit set to 150 or 175 armor

    (This one I doubt will be accepted, the idea is using something different like armor regen)

    Weapon Master

    Expertise: 50 to 80

    Gain movement speed and hp

    1% movement speed per level

    Maxes @ 30%

    Expertise 80 to 100

    Gain 1 HP per level

    Maxes @ 20 (spawning with 120)

    Expertise 150

    Ammo Regen changed to a faster rate. Maybe something like 1 bullet per 0.3 seconds vs. the 1 bullet per 0.6 second (I think that is the base value).

    Reason: I like this race but I hate to admit it I always buy boots for 20% movement speed. I also feel the base 100HP is just a little bit too low.

    Sorry I couldn't really follow to the letter with the request format but for my suggestions it was just easier for myself. Next time I log on, I will be sure to find the most underused race and think up a expertise for it that could make it worthwhile playing.

    General Idea:

    Very similar to my other idea of Drug Addict but this one is without the admin drug effect idea concept. Of course, I modified the skills to be completely different and fascinating. I like the concept of a race that gets stronger as you play it, much like shopkeeper for example but not in levels but in drugs. The usage of drugs is to force players to play it in order to acquire all the nice stats of HP, Movement Speed, Long-Jump and Invisibility.

    Restrictions:

    Knife only

    Level required: TBA (suggest please)

    Shopmenu Restrictions: TBA (suggest please)

    Skills:

    7 skills (8th skill is a passive ultimate)

    Total Levels/Skill Points: 50

    1st Skill [5]: Insanity

    Description: Each attack temporally blinds and slows your enemy due to your insanity.

    (Blind enemy target for 1 second, Similar to Dustan’s Ultimate and Slows enemy target’s movement speed by 3 to 15%)

    2nd Skill [5]: Knife Mastery

    Description: Increased damage.

    (10% to 50% increased knife damage)

    3rd Skill [5]: Drug Collection

    Description: Collect Drugs

    (Collect one drug upon a successful kill, probability intervals 20% to 100%)

    4th Skill [5]: Lightweight Champion

    Description: Lower Gravity

    (Intervals of 7% to 35%)

    5th Skill [20]: Drug Proficiency

    Description: As more drugs that are collected the more powerful you become.

    (Spawn: Gain HP, Movement Speed, Long-Jump, Invisibility and Cash)

    (0.075 intervals to 1.5 HP, 0.05 intervals to 1% movement speed, 0.075 intervals to 1.5% Long-Jump, 0.1 intervals to 2% Invisibility and 1 to 5 Cash per drug

    Caps: 75HP (175HP spawn grand total), 40% movement speed, 45% Long-Jump, 70% Invisibility and Cash no limit.

    Amount of drugs need to reach cap. HP: 50, Movement speed: 40, Long-Jump: 35, Invisibility: 30.

    8th Skill [Passive]: Drug Ultimate

    Description: Drug Collection, Drug Injection and/or Drug Cloud.

    Drug Collection can be used without leveling; Drug Injection and Drug Cloud require leveling or skill points.

    Ability 1 [Passive/Hidden]: Drug Collection

    Description: Buy a drug.

    Collect 1 drug at the cost of 250 cash.

    6th Ability 2 [5]: Drug Injection

    Description: Inject enemies with drugs with the surrounding area of you.

    Animation: Some sort of bluish to green light flash around the player.

    Effective range: same of that of a suicide explosion, so relatively close.

    2 to 10 Damage upon initial hit.

    6 to 30% Reduction of speed

    Effective Slow timer: 1-3 seconds

    Blind effect (same from insanity):

    Effective Blind effect: 1 to 2 seconds

    Drug usage per ultimate: 1-2 drugs

    7th Ability 3 [5]: Drug Cloud

    Description: Infest enemy lungs with a healthy drug cloud. Ward.

    Animation: smoke grenade that can be seen through, I’d say about 40% opacity, if on CT color will be blue, if on T color will be red. If this is impossible, a ward is good enough :(.

    Effective range: same of a smoke grenade.

    DOT: 1 to 2 damage per second within the ward.

    Slow: 4 to 20% reduction of speed.

    Effective time of ward: 5-10 seconds.

    Drug usage per ward: 1-2 drugs and a maximum of 3 wards per round.

    Ability cool down timer or ultimate switch ability: >1 second (same as Machine Gunner)

    Ultimate cool down timer: 15 seconds.

    Because the AOE and Ward share the same ultimate cool down there shouldn’t be an issue of a player using both at once. Also if the player wishes to gain a drug at the cost of 250 cash it will put the player under the 15 second cool down. Also if a player wishes to camp and just collect drugs buy Drug Collection ultimate, it will probably cost them 3k for a full round just to get 12 drugs.


  5. At the current moment crit nades are quite nerfed so this isn't too much of a problem... With orc chieftain I've done 80-90 damage crits and it doesn't kill anyone lol. Mind you that I have a level 140 Orc Chieftain. But the lightning chain spam can be a problem.


  6. A government funded public schools cannot hold or withhold religion by any standard. In other words they are not allowed to promote any particular religion or deny it. For example, a student reads a bible during free time after a test, that is perfectly legal long as the student doesn't try to preach it. However, if this school was a private school, shit it doesn't matter two hoots. On a note, in the terms of education levels, public schools, not much choice and forced to take the words from the teacher as a fact. In college, can always leave if you don't like it lol.

    On another note, the whole line, "separation of church and state" mainly refers to the state staying out of the church.

    If my memory serves me right, the pledge originally never had the word God in it, it wasn't added until the cold war to state we have religion. A brief history lesson, the Soviet Union abolished religion from their country, henceforth they were godless and we had god. Ever since then, the whole under god thing hasn't been removed or touched.


  7. For the times when there is no admins on or when the admins do not feel like balancing stacked teams this would be a good alternative. However, it can be abusive with the addition to the problematic issue of getting it to go through.

    Edit:

    On another note, this may not really balance teams, normally it is based on score. I highly doubt this will be implemented for the following reason: Races, I have a feeling it could overload or cause problems when there is a lot of players being auto switched to a race that isn't taken already. Especially with the limitations of the first page races this will cause another problem.

    Idea is good but implementing will might be challenging. BTW what is with your sig?


  8. Why would you make it easier once someone has maxed out a race and now has all the abilites, ultimates, and skills at their disposal?

    I say go in the opposite direction. Make it more difficult once it's maxed.

    I reversed my statement to what I meant to say, either way it makes no difference to me.


  9. I figure the rate xp per level is required should increase at the same rate when leveling the race. For races that are stronger or have expertise should have a higher xp requirement to make it more challenging. Although its not like I know 100% all of the races that have expertise either so this suggestion is limited:

    If the default is 50xp/level for example, after race is maxed it will become 75xp/level.

    Another thought upon this idea of changing xp/level, maybe a scaling up system. Something like very 10 levels the requirement increases by 10. Or every level requirements 1 more xp/level.


  10. Personally I didn't care about it too much when I found it. Its rare for myself to max out of shopmenu items, LJ is normally last of the lasts if I live that long. Yeah, I figure it is 2 slots for supportive where before I don't recall if there ever was a limit that could be reached.

    Speaking of shopmenu items, can we make the amulet of learning cheaper? :P It would or might make leveling Adventurer easier/faster.


  11. When alive and using the changerace function will not change race at the end of the round or the following round. This is only if your alive, of course it works perfectly if your dead.

    I'm not sure if this was placed on purpose or not but if you buy 2 LJ upgrades under Supportive in shopmenu you can no longer buy tomes. I only noticed this because I have too much money and no interest in spending tomes over shopmenu items on a maxed race. When I acquired another 16k, yup couldn't buy tomes or anything under the tab.

    This one I hope if already sort of known, I believe the whoring script is still down.


  12. Sapphire is one of the oldest and most reliable manufacturers for ATi cards, I think.

    I stated what I noticed by reviews [on newegg] when I was building my computer almost 2 years ago.

    Back to topic:

    Based on my knowledge nvidia vs ati in all terms go back and forth over who has the 'fastest' or 'most powerful' GPU. Last time I checked ATI's top card was the best. Although purchasing that card will be expensive, but if willing to molest your piggy bank that shouldn't be a problem. On another note, based on benchmarks put out by overclock.net for example. I observed that Nvidia cards tend to use more power(watts) and generate more heat compared to the ATI cards. The cards will differ in performance based on the game sometimes Nvidia is best and others times it is ATI.

    Personally I can go either way with the cards, just find the cards that fits the budget then compare them. Which ever gives a better benchmark just take that one.


  13. I would experiment with ATI to see if you like it. ATI has really stepped up their game these last 2 years.

    To be honest, picking graphics card as of today isn't as hard as it was back then. Most GPU's above 300 series and 5000 series will run almost anything maxed. I would go with EVGA GTX 560 or (6850 by sapphire)

    I second this, however Sapphire from all the reviews I have read, they are a little dodgy sometimes. I think going for XFX would be better.


  14. Ness can't even handle Troll. I'd doubt he can do good on Duelist.

    I would know, I have a 3:1 KDR against Ness.

    In any case, 20 neglected damage on the git makes the race by itself annoying. Hop around high in the sky hoping like hell for the low damage hits. Also, your a long jumping bastard.

    • Reduce the duration of Devil's Servant's cripple.

    Fucking agreed, one of the many reasons why I play that race. Watch Yiyas give it can aoe affect instead. :)
