For team balance, is there not a way so everyone just gets auto-assigned as soon they join? That way teams won't get stacked in the beginning.

Buff the flame pred explosion. But also make it give -exp and -points to the user per kill.
Why -points and -exp, that's just dumb. Any time I die in a round, which to be honest is usually every round for me. I'd lose experience and points because it set off and got someone. There would be no point to it then. Now if you mean less experience then possibly but that still won't fix the mechanic of it. Flame Pred is way to easy to kill now and the explosion barely does any damage now. It's a low chance of killing someone and probably the one time you could kill someone it doesn't set off lol. I agree with increasing the damage and lowering the proc rate.

I just got back from seeing it, amazing movie. I might go see it again. You are right though, the action scenes in that movie were fantastic.

They should have an explanation just so the person applying knows what they are doing wrong in some cases. Don't think about it as explaining your reason to the person but thinking about it if you were applying to join or for a promotion. Wouldn't you like to know why some people said no?
