    If a race is fully invisible (IE: Granth Ulti) or invincible (IE: Troll Ulti) then they are not allowed to defuse the bomb.

    However, as shadow lurker is only 97% invisible, it is allowed. Its the T's fault for leaving the bomb alone anyways.

    Now, there are split opinions about it, I seem however to recall a thread that was posted about 6months ish ago. Where we concluded in the rule above, I will see if I can find that post tomorrow.

    Well performance for windows 7 isnt really a problem with my computer, I did like the new look on copy paste files though.

    As for the third party tools, I tried pokki and one other mod, both made me feel as I was using an unfinished OS.

    I personally think this item should be buffed, but restricted to only a few classes.

    As I mentioned the socks was never intended to promote Bhopping on races without LJ/TP, and on those races it does the job decently.

    The nerf was done 6 months ago or so, from 60 to 30...

    I don't think they nerfed it again, the problem was that it gave bhoppers a way to high advantage, IE zombies, the socks are for races that already have LJ/TP, to make it easier, not to archive 3 times movement speed.
