Guns that spawn with higher than the normal amount of bullets are unable to fire such as Judge of Altana/Dynamis, Holy Jugg, Xian, etc. Pistol Clip Extender also causes it.

A number of races have recently had their visuals fail to show up. Off the top of my head I know at least Priest's ult, Shadow Hunter's wards, and Unholy Paladin's ult will be bugged around half the time and be completely invisible. Chronos' ult will only show the top of the visual, causing players to not know where the effect ends.
This has nothing to do with personal graphics settings or anything like that, the entire server sees(or doesn't see) the same effect.
