So cells are still closed but the CT can see the T going in the vent, once cells open the CT can persue?

I'd say where not only staff has to explain why they voted no but everyone else also, and it would have to be for a good reason not just for dumb stuff.

Best thing to do right now while they try to see what to do with this, is put up a vote for beacons if you see a T delaying the game and just camping. Usually gets the rascalL's out from hiding.
