We're aware and working on the lag issues throughout different servers. Each server seems to have different issues. We have heard most of the complaints, but some are slipping through the cracks as people are reporting to different people/locations and things are getting lost/not making it where they need to be. Any information that you can provide at the time of the lag would be very helpful. Please post here giving us as much info as possible as to what happened. There is an outline of information that will help us below.
 
Items to include in your report of lag:
Server Map Time (We can look at logs if we know when it was) Player count Activity what was going on at the time (admin commands ran, spawning, etc.) Check console to see if there were any errors and copy them here Anything else you may think could be relevant  
I know that this lag can be frustrating, but without more information we won't be able to solve it. I've heard multiple reports of JB lagging at round end, or when certain events happen. I have been on the server quite a bit in the past few days, with player count ranging from 10-30+, and have yet to see a lag issue. So this is where reports come in handy, as we can't be there all the time and I have yet to actually see it.

Hello I just recently joined the forums, but I am an avid player on the Gmod TTT West Vanilla 24/7 Server. I have recently got slayed on my traitor round for apparently rdming someone. I believe I did not deserve the slay and have %100 proof (screenshots) for my justification. I understand that I should just ignore this and treat it as "just a game." Though, I am a different/stubborn person who never wants to lose to even the slightest [SO] abuse. This topic post is not my report, but wondering if I report a [SO] for false autoslay will any punishment be considered on that [SO]. In other words, if I report that [SO] will you even look at the report or ignore it, and not even care about my autoslay appeal. I would somewhat agree if you ignored an autoslay appeal because there are more important reports such as ban appeals. I am probably the first person to want to report an autoslay because I'm probably the only person who is overreacting to an autoslay. But hey, it just really bothers me on how a simple [SO] abuse doesn't harm the [SO] at all. Also, the thing that annoyed me the most was the guy who reported me for "RDM" kept on going on and on on how he was right and how I "RDM'D.". If false autoslay appeals ARE considered on this server where do I report false autoslays?
